Class Description
A deeply calming class stimulates the body’s relaxation response. This practice involves a guided listening practice where the student simply follows along with cues for body awareness, but no physical movement is required. Students are encouraged to find a comfortable position whether lying down in a bed, on the floor, or in a chair. Yoga Nidra practice can assist with difficult sleep issues and is best practiced in the evening or before bedtime.
You will be required to register on the Veterans Yoga Project website. No payment information will be requested. You will receive a reminder for the class via email. You may sign up and/or cancel at any time.
